• 37 weeks - Birth. Unlimited texts and calls whenever you need a reassuring voice or quick response. Think of us as your pregnancy bestie-on-call once you reach full-term. (upgrade available for unlimited texting and talking for the entire pregnancy)

• One cozy prenatal sessions (in our Birth Story Boutique office, your home, or virtual - you pick!) where we sip tea, chat about your hopes, walk through comfort measures, and get your partner (if applicable) confident and ready to support you too.

• All Birth Story Boutique membership offerings which includes all of our signature classes - childbirth education, newborn care, breastfeeding - so you feel prepared from belly to baby (This saves you $850.)

• Weekly prenatal yoga for $25 per class after your initial 2 free class passes.

• A sweet resource bundle in your portal filled with birth planning templates, local provider recommendations, and evidence based guides and articles that Heidi wrote to keep you grounded when you are doing a Google spiral at 2 am.

• From 37 weeks on, we are on baby watch! We will be by your side in active labor for 12 hours of support without overage fees, and stay through the first magical hours after your little one(s) arrive!

• We meet at your chosen laboring location home, hospital, or birth center alike. Sometimes we snuggle dogs and cats while we labor with you at home before transferring to the hospital too if you promise to have a way to make good coffee at 2 am!

• A true team approach - you’ll meet your backup doula at 37 weeks along so you’re always supported, no matter how life unfolds.

• We’ll bring a bag of comfort tools (rebozo, tens unit, essential oils, warm packs, combs, acupressure balls, fairy lights and candles, and so much more!) Think a Mary Poppins bag curated just for you.

• Want lasting memories? We will happily snap candid photos so you can relive those sweet moments in labor and after baby arrives without worrying about the camera and who is behind it.

• As evidence based doulas, we provide continuous labor support helping to move you into strategic labor positions, offering curated labor circuits based on your baby’s position, emotional support, cheerleading or coaching (pick your style!) During every single contraction, we will practice our breathwork techniques we learned in our breathwork and yoga classes to help you stay calm and confident.

• Expertise in breaking down medical knowledge and making it make sense to you and your partner (if applicable) in between labor waves. Then we help you make decisions every step of the way!

• Some moments we bring grandma energy, some soccer coach vibes, and other times just sit with you chatting like we were insta best friends. Birth shifts, and we shift with you.

• Immediate postpartum support (usually we hang out an hour or two) while we help you grow confidence in holding and feeding your baby. We also feed you because yes you are starving right after your give birth and you desperately need that missed sushi or your favorite vegan wrap. We can help support you during any repairs that might be needed, and setting you up for bonding and early recovery.

Ok, after our immediate postpartum support at your birthing location, you are on your own and soooo

• The days following your sensational birth you are healing and reflecting and learning and OMG adjusting! It’s a lot and so we remain on call for you 24/7 for the first 2 weeks.

• One in-home postpartum visit at 2 weeks postpartum. Think of this as a gentle exhale. When we walk through the door, our goal is to wrap you in care and make life feel a little lighter. We’ll check on YOU -your recovery, your emotions, your feelings about your birth, and your rest. We’ll support your feeding and help you soothe your little one(s) and answer all those, “Is this normal?” questions.

• We will offer to tidy up the kitchen, fold a load of laundry, make you a nourishing snack, or simply hold the baby so you can shower, nap or sip a hot coffee with both of your hands. Every visit looks a little different because it’s tailored to your family.

• Our postpartum support is not just help, it’s heart.
