Holistic Indigenous Postpartum & Bereavement Coach ㅣ7+ Years of Experience | Indigenous Psychology • Decolonized Healing Spaces • Decolonized Care • Boundary-Centered Support
A holistic, indigenous-rooted postpartum and bereavement coach with over seven years of experience and training supporting individuals and families through birth, loss, grief, and major life transitions. This work is deeply committed to decolonizing healing spaces by restoring culturally grounded, consent-centered, and body-honoring approaches to healing.
Grounded in indigenous psychology and diaspora-led wisdom, this practice approaches healing as relational, cyclical, and embodied. Boundary setting is held as a sacred, restorative tool—supporting safety, clarity, and self-trust during vulnerable seasons.
Postpartum support, bereavement care, and holistic coaching are offered through trauma-informed, culturally affirming frameworks. This work is especially supportive for postpartum parents, those experiencing pregnancy or infant loss, caregivers, and cycle-breakers navigating grief, ADHD, PTSD/CPTSD, and complex family systems.
